Job Description

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff.

  • Maintain cleanliness and adherence to health regulations.

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a kitchen, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong cooking skills, knowledge of kitchen equipment, and menu planning.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist the head chef, manage kitchen staff, and ensure food quality.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with long hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Leadership, creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
