Description
- Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes.
- Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Contribute to menu planning and recipe development.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong culinary skills, knowledge of kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with varying hours, including nights and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Creativity, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.
