This role involves assisting with audio editing, supporting sales efforts, meticulously documenting processes, and contributing to marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of audio production workflows, excellent communication skills, and a passion for music and technology.

Audio Production Support:

Assist producers and engineers in editing audio for sound kits, singles, and albums.

Contribute to the organization and management of audio files and projects.

Learn and apply audio editing techniques under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Sales & Marketing Support:

Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, order processing, and product information.

Provide support in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.

Generate leads and identify potential clients through research and outreach.

Develop and design advertisements to promote products and services.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain detailed records of audio productionprocesses and workflows.

Prepare regular progress reports to track project timelines and milestones.

Assist with general administrative duties as needed.

Basic understanding of audio editing principles and techniques.

Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live) is a plus.
