Enterprise Architecture Compliance:

• Champion and apply Enterprise Architecture standards, principles, and technology requirements.
• Develop and maintain solution patterns that drive consistency and reuse across projects.

Solution Design & Delivery:

• Define architecture solutions that meet business objectives and improve operational outcomes.
• Identify gaps, address technical debt, and recommend enhancements for efficiency.
• Lead architecture discussions and present solutions for approval to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure solutions align with the enterprise strategy.
• Lead software/technology evaluations and define non-functional requirements.

Capability Building & Innovation:

• Stay current on emerging technologies and share insights on their application to business solutions.
• Mentor team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years in IT software/services, with 2-3 years in Solution Architecture.
• Proven experience in agile methodologies, leading projects, and guiding teams.
• Industry knowledge in financial services, payments, or insurance is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Experience in enterprise data architecture, big data, or machine learning solutions.
• Knowledge of security architecture and best practices for secure solutions.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of legacy system modernization and migration strategies.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, particularly in complex, cross-functional environments.
