Test Automation Development

• Design and implement automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
• Develop and maintain test frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and perform data analysis of test data or test results

Collaboration & Test Strategy

• Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify test cases suitable for automation
• Continuously improve test coverage and automation efficiency

Defect Management & Reporting

• Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with developers to resolve defects
• Maintain documentation for test automation processes and tools

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• 3+ years of experience in software test automation
• Working knowledge of programming and the software development process
• Excellent organizational and strong critical-thinking skills
• Understanding and experience in SDLC and Project Methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrates a strong testing mindset with the ability to design test cases and perform manual testing as needed
• Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to effectively manage multiple activities and/or projects concurrently
• Experience with test automation tools and CI/CD integration
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of life insurance
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)
