Software Engineers across the following areas:

• Front-End Engineer – Expertise in Next.js, responsive design, and modern UI/UX.
• Back-End Engineer – Strong experience in Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, and scalable API architecture.
• Full-Stack Engineer – Proficient in both front-end (Next.js, UI/UX) and back-end (Python, FastAPI, MongoDB) technologies.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and amenable to working fully onsite at our BGC office.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
• Relevant experience in the role you're applying for (FE / BE / FS).
• Passion for building impactful products in a fast-moving environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Depending on your specialization:

Front-End Engineers:

• Build modern, mobile-responsive web applications with great UX.
• Implement clean, functional interfaces.
• Optimize front-end performance.
• Experience with UI/UX analytics and using detailed user monitoring/feedback to improve UX is desirable.
• Experience building for multiple device platforms

Back-End Engineers:

• Develop and maintain secure, scalable APIs using FastAPI.
• Designing Data models and schemas
• work with MongoDB
• Write clean, tested, and documented code.

Full-Stack Engineers:

• Handle both front-end and back-end responsibilities.
• Take ownership of features from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate across the team to deliver cohesive solutions.



Desirable Experience (Good to Have)

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Docker / containerization
• CI/CD pipelines
• Automated testing frameworks
