Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Social Media Manager to oversee and grow digital presence. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of content planning, publishing, and performance tracking across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent brand visibility and engagement. Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and management is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, write, and schedule posts, ensuring high-quality, engaging content.
• Manage social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Plan and manage a weekly content calendar, including content for key executives.
• Track performance metrics such as website traffic, engagement, reach, audience growth, and lead generation.
• Analyze data to identify top-performing content and provide actionable recommendations.
• Optimize content using SEO best practices and performance insights.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in online content publishing, SEO performance tracking, and analytics reporting.
• Strong ability to measure engagement, traffic, and overall content performance.
• Strong English writing skills and the ability to create professional, engaging content.
• Experience with social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of social media initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is preferred.
• Portfolio required, including examples of content planning, strategies, and analytics reporting.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST; Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST
