Position Title: Social Media Manager and Marketing Expert

Position Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager and Marketing Expert to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and has a strong understanding of social media trends, content marketing, and paid advertising. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote brand visibility and generate leads
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on analytics
• Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain consistent branding
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and audience insights
• Prepare monthly performance reports and make data-driven recommendations

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Proven success in managing paid advertising campaigns and organic growth strategies
• Strong understanding of content creation, brand storytelling, and audience engagement
• Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and scheduling platforms (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Creative, analytical, and results-oriented
