DeFi Social Media Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Management:

Responsible for developing and executing social media content strategies that align with the brand image and the goals of DeFi projects.

Create and publish engaging original content (including text, images, and videos), and drive discussions around DeFi-related topics.

Maintain and optimize community engagement on social platforms (such as Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, etc.) to enhance user participation and activity.

Social Media Advertising and Marketing:

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to promote DeFi products and services.

Analyze advertising performance and adjust advertising strategies based on data feedback to maximize return on investment.

Brand Image Building:

Maintain brand consistency, ensuring that the voice and image of DeFi projects align with our core values.

Collaborate with other DeFi projects and industry stakeholders to enhance brand recognition within the industry.

Community Management and Support:

Manage and maintain the DeFi community (such as Telegram groups, Discord servers, etc.), providing timely support and information to users.

Encourage community members to actively participate in the project and strengthen community cohesion through interactive activities.

Market Trend Analysis and Competitor Research:

Track the latest developments in the DeFi industry, understand market trends, user needs, and competitor situations to provide inspiration for social media content creation.

Optimize content strategies through data analysis and feedback from social platforms.
