1. Responsible for operating and managing the community based on the phase-specific goals and plans, achieving user acquisition and maintenance for the community;

2. Responsible for enhancing community engagement, planning and executing community activity topics, and ensuring the achievement of business demand indicators;

3. Identify user needs and carry out targeted online marketing activities including planning, interaction, execution, and performance tracking, responsible for user stickiness, engagement, and conversion rates;

4. Actively interact with community users, identify potential and core users, facilitate user conversion, develop key user cultivation plans for the community, and discover and maintain active key users;

5. Record and analyze daily operational data, reflect community/user behavior through data, improve community structure, and optimize operational methods;

6. Maintain close communication with community users, gather and summarize suggestions and feedback, timely make adjustments and improvements, and communicate user feedback promptly with relevant departments;
