Job Description: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and engage with our community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and a deep understanding of social media platforms. While this is a remote position, candidates must be based in the Cleveland area to attend occasional in-person meetings and collaborate closely with our team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
Photography Integration: Collaborate with our photography team to showcase our work, ensuring that our visual content aligns with our brand identity.
Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering relationships with current and potential clients.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools, implementing best practices to enhance our online presence.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and photography teams to align social media content with business objectives and upcoming sessions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the photography or creative industry.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools for business purposes.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to create and edit visual content; basic photography skills are a plus.
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Residing in Cleveland, OH, or nearby areas to facilitate in-person meetings as needed.
