Position Title: Site Supervisor / Checker

Qualifications / Requirements:

• BOSH/OSH Certification is an advantage.

• Must have 3–5 years of operations experience.

• Must have experience in inventory management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations, particularly in stock management, inbound/outbound checking, and dispatch.

• Maintain good cooperation with customers by coordinating with all concerned parties to ensure professional and excellent logistics or transport services.

• Resolve operational issues and systematically manage both internal and external customers.

• Execute business targets, organize, and formulate development plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Provide efficient logistics advice internally to ensure cost-effective modes of service while meeting deadlines.

• Identify areas for improvement and establish or adjust work procedures and practices to enhance efficiency.

• Collect figures and statistics, and produce management reports.

• Ensure company compliance with laws and regulations related to warehouse and transport operations.

• Monitor and ensure accountability of units deployed per site.

• Serve as the key person or liaison officer between management and clients.
