1. Conduct daily data analysis and reporting, being sensitive to data and possessing the ability to analyze independently;

2. Create detailed reports and data visualizations, providing data support and recommendations to management and relevant departments;

3. Monitor business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying and reporting on business trends and anomalies;

4. Regularly produce game business data analysis reports, with a focus on the data visualization aspects of the reports;

5. Respond to ad-hoc data analysis requests from the business, completing tasks efficiently and with high quality.

1. A cumulative work experience of at least 3 years;

2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;

3. Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills, with good communication and teamwork spirit;

4. A degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field with over 1 year of work experience;

5. Proficient in SQL queries, able to independently perform data extraction tasks, familiar with various relational databases;

6. Has a personal understanding of data visualization, including graphics, fonts, color schemes, composition, and interactivity;

7. A good balance between the practicality and aesthetics of reports, with hands-on project experience and outstanding works (please include works in the resume if available);

8. Strong learning ability and resilience under pressure, good communication skills, and team spirit;

9. Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is preferred;
