- Manage daily operations of the Shopee platform.
- Ensure efficient order processing and inventory management.
- Analyze sales data to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.
- Assist in the development of operational policies and procedures.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Marketing, Data Analysis, and Vendor Management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced e-commerce environment, potentially remote or hybrid setup.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
