1. Community Operations: Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the community for blockchain and Web3 projects, including social media platforms (such as Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc.), forums, and groups. Develop community operation strategies, plan and execute various online and offline activities to enhance user activity and participation, and strengthen user loyalty and community cohesion.

2. User Growth: Formulate effective user growth strategies through market analysis and research to attract new users to the project ecosystem. Collaborate with product and technical teams to optimize user experience, improve user retention rates and conversion rates. Utilize data analysis tools to monitor user behavior and data metrics, adjusting operational strategies promptly based on data feedback.

3. Content Operations: Plan, write, and publish high-quality content related to blockchain and Web3, including project introductions, technical interpretations, industry trends, and event promotions. Ensure the professionalism, accuracy, and appeal of the content to meet the needs and preferences of the target users. Manage the content creation team or external creators to maintain content quality and publication rhythm.

4. Partnership Management: Expand and maintain relationships with various partners in the blockchain industry, including other projects, exchanges, media, and KOLs. Plan and execute collaborative activities to achieve resource sharing and mutual benefits, enhancing the project's visibility and influence. Maintain close communication with partners, follow up on collaboration progress in a timely manner, and address any issues that arise during the partnership.

5. Marketing Promotion: Develop marketing promotion plans, utilizing various marketing methods (such as online advertising, offline exhibitions, PR activities, etc.) to enhance the project's visibility and reputation in the blockchain and Web3 fields. Monitor market dynamics and competitor situations, analyze market trends, and provide recommendations for the project's marketing strategies.

1. Professional Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields; in-depth understanding of blockchain and Web3 technologies, familiarity with industry terminology and ecosystems, with relevant learning or research experience preferred.  

2. Work Experience: At least 2 years of operational experience in the blockchain or Web3 field, with a preference for candidates who have successful cases in community operation, user growth, or marketing; familiar with the operational processes and business models of blockchain projects, able to independently develop and execute operational strategies.  

3. Skills Required: Excellent copywriting skills, able to create high-quality content; proficient in various data analysis tools (such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.), with data analysis and interpretation abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions; good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with different departments and partners; familiar with the operation rules and promotion techniques of various social media platforms, with some experience in new media operations.  

4. Other Requirements: Passionate about the blockchain and Web3 industry, with a strong willingness to learn and an innovative spirit; possesses a strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to withstand work pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment; possesses good team spirit, able to actively integrate into the team and work together to achieve goals.
