- The applicant should be Located in Valenzuela but the training will be here in the main office of One Point Contact Inc.
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Manage and maintain IT equipment and systems.
- Document support processes and solutions.
- Collaborate with IT team to improve system performance.
- Conduct training for users on new technologies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience Level: No experience required; entry-level candidates welcome.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic troubleshooting, customer service skills, familiarity with hardware/software.
- Working Conditions: Office setting, possible remote support tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
