The Lobby Ambassador serves as the first point of contact for all guests, visitors, and clients entering the facility. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and seamless arrival experience while ensuring efficient flow within the lobby area. The Lobby Ambassador provides information, assists with inquiries, and coordinates with relevant departments to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guest Reception and Customer Service - greets all guests and visitors warmly and professionally, provides immediate assistance and accurate information, responds to inquiries, and maintains a polished and approachable presence at all times.
  • Lobby Operations Management - oversees the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the lobby area, coordinates with housekeeping, security, and other departments for operational needs, and manages guest flow during peak hours to prevent congestion.
  • Visitor Assistance and Coordination - facilitates visitor registration, ensures they are connected with their respective hosts, assists with transportation or concierge-related needs, and performs basic administrative tasks such as documentation and information updates.
  • Brand and Guest Experience Enhancement - upholds company standards related to hospitality and service quality, proactively enhances the guest experience by offering additional assistance or information, and acts as a brand representative by communicating key services, amenities, or promotions.
  • Safety and Compliance - works with security to ensure adherence to safety protocols, supports emergency procedures by guiding guests during drills or incidents, and maintains confidentiality in compliance with data privacy policies.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related field preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, front office, or hospitality roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient under pressure.
  • Basic administrative and computer skills.
