We are hiring a Digital Growth & Lead Generation Specialist (Remote) to support lead generation and online growth for our accounting and advisory businesses.

This role requires hands-on experience in website development, SEO, and digital marketing. The focus is on execution and speed, using AI tools to work efficiently. Strategy and priorities will be provided.

This is a remote position with potential conversion to onsite based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage websites (WordPress or similar) using clean, lightweight setups
• Create and update service pages, landing pages, and lead forms
• Execute SEO activities, including:
• On-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal links)
• Basic technical SEO (site structure, page speed, indexing basics)
• Execute digital marketing tasks, including:
• Content creation using AI tools (blogs, service content, marketing pages)
• Basic content promotion and optimization
• Support lead generation funnels and improve conversions
• Use AI tools to increase speed and quality of work
• Monitor and report basic metrics (traffic, rankings, inquiries/leads)
• Coordinate with internal teams and handle basic client communication when required

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in website development (WordPress or similar CMS)
• Working knowledge of SEO (on-page and basic technical SEO)
• Understanding of digital marketing and inbound lead generation
• Experience using AI tools for content, research, or productivity
• Ability to execute tasks quickly and follow defined priorities
• Basic English communication skills

Role Details

• Location: Remote
• Compensation: USD $360 per month
• Type: Full-time, 30 days Trail Period (Paid), and then minimum 1 year Contract
• Growth: Performance based
