2. Track and analyze website traffic and SEO performance, regularly produce reports and optimization recommendations. Manage and implement development plans to increase Domain Authority.

3. Collaborate with the content team to develop content production plans that meet SEO standards.

4. Proficient in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and similar tools with strong data interpretation skills. Monitor Google algorithm updates and promptly adjust optimization strategies, working cross-functionally with development, content, and operations teams to advance SEO-related projects.

1. Over 1 year of independent experience managing Google SEO projects; candidates must provide data-backed case studies demonstrating ranking improvements for financial/technology websites or highly competitive keywords.

2. Familiar with white-hat SEO principles and workflows, aware of black-hat practices and able to effectively avoid them. Proficient in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.

3. Strong English reading comprehension to understand Google’s official guidelines and international SEO resources. Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS syntax; technical aptitude is a plus.

4. Excellent data analysis skills and logical thinking, adept at identifying issues from data and implementing optimizations. Team player with strong communication skills and self-motivation.
