Job Description

Job Summary: 

We are looking for an SEO Manager who will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to improve our search engine visibility and organic performance. This role is responsible for optimizing website content, leading keyword and competitor research, and ensuring best SEO practices across all digital assets. If you have a passion for search optimization, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive measurable results, we’d love to have you on our team. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic. 
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify optimization opportunities. 
  • Optimize on-page elements such as metadata, content structure, internal linking, and site architecture. 
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices in blogs, landing pages, and product listings. 
  • Manage technical SEO aspects including crawlability, indexation, site performance, and structured data. 
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or similar. 
  • Prepare and deliver regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights. 
  • Identify and implement link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority. 
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitive advantage. 
  • Coordinate with marketing, development, and design teams to support overall digital growth initiatives. 
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Manager, or similar digital marketing role. 
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices. 
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or equivalent. 
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data and trends. 
  • Excellent communication skills to present SEO insights and recommendations clearly. 
  • Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus. 
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt strategies based on results. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
