Salesforce Tester (Senior Test Analyst / Test Lead) | Fully Remote – Philippines

We’re currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Tester to join one of our major clients on a multi-stream Salesforce program. This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Test Analyst or Test Lead with hands-on Salesforce testing experience and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.)
• Design test plans, test cases, and regression suites across functional and integration layers
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to clarify requirements and test scope
• Raise, track, and manage defects through to resolution
• Support UAT phases and ensure full traceability and test coverage

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years on Salesforce platforms
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
• Strong test documentation and defect management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote, cross-functional teams
• Exposure to test automation is an advantage, but not required

Engagement Details

• Fully remote, must be based in the Philippines
• Full-time contract with long-term potential
• Work in alignment with Australian time zones
• Competitive daily or monthly rate, depending on engagement model
