Product Manager you will oversee and manage the
production process for all animation and VFX projects, ensuring that timelines,
budgets, and quality standards are met. Your role will be crucial in coordinating
the efforts of different departments, managing resources, and ensuring smooth
operations from project start to finish.

At least 5 years of experience in production management, ideally in animation, VFX, or game development.
Experience managing large-scale projects from concept to completion is essential.
Strong knowledge of production processes, project management tools, and methodologies. Familiarity with software like Autodesk Maya and Blender.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and inspire a diverse team. Ability to balance creative aspirations with practical constraints like budget and time.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with external clients and stakeholders.
