Role Overview:

The Senior HR Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and improving the efficiency of HR processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize HR processes such as benefits administration, off boarding and employee data management.
  • Support HR Operations tasks and deliverables such as processing payments for third party vendors, filing government remittances, benefits administration, and e-201 filing etc
  • Respond to HR related employee inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits, leave credits, payroll etc.
  • Manage and update employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensure compliance of HR Operations with local regulatory requirements (BSP, BIR and others) and UD policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous identification of process improvement areas, implementation of enhanced processes and/or migration of identified processes.
  • Perform other related HR tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR or administrative experience
  • Exposure in banking/fintech is a great advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent written and oral communication, planning, problem solving and organizing skills
