Overview

• We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven Business Development Professional to spearhead our growth in the US staffing and recruitment sector. As a key leader in our RPO company, you’ll be responsible for building strong client partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering customized workforce solutions that meet the evolving needs of American businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client acquisition efforts across the US staffing landscape, identifying high-potential prospects and turning them into long-term partners.
• Establish strong relationships with C-level decision-makers and department heads (HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Operations) to promote our tailored RPO services.
• Design and implement strategic business development plans that align with market trends and client demands—covering IT & Non-IT roles, volume hiring, and project-based staffing.
• Act as the bridge between clients and our delivery teams, ensuring seamless execution and high satisfaction across all engagements.
• Drive the full sales cycle, including pitching, contract negotiation, and account expansion.
• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities in the US recruitment space.

• 5+ years of success in business development within the US staffing industry (agency or RPO environment), with a proven record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Solid grasp of US hiring trends, recruitment cycles, and talent acquisition challenges, including volume recruitment and fast-paced hiring needs.
• A well-developed network of decision-makers in staffing and recruitment firms across the US (highly preferred).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and driven—comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to align with US time zones (EST/PST).
