As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you'll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize core consulting and Salesforce technical skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings, and products.

• Lead the design, build, test, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions, working within architectural guidelines.

• Scope and design features and enhancements to the platform to meet wide-ranging business requirements for customer experience.

• Advise on best practices of the platform and lead solution and technical design of the platform and its integrations.

• Work closely with developers and functional consultants to build and develop features aligned to design and architectural standards.

• Mentor and guide junior developers and testers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions.

• Deep knowledge and experience in the Salesforce platform, particularly across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud, as well as common AppExchange apps.

• Health Cloud experience is highly desired but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address their needs.

• Strong experience with LWC, Omnistudio, and Copado.

• Proven experience in Apex, Triggers, Classes, Lightning Web Components, API Web Services, and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
