A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting operational excellence by providing real-time assistance to agents, analyzing KPIs, and resolving customer or vendor queries. This dynamic role involves ensuring accurate execution of campaign requirements, fostering team engagement, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

Your responsibilities will include providing agent support, completing end-of-day reports, and participating in business reviews. You will assist in logistical and reporting needs, deliver constructive feedback, and resolve escalations while contributing to overall campaign success.

What You’ll Bring

  • Ability to provide real-time assistance and resolve escalations with efficiency.
  • Flexibility to adjust schedules based on campaign needs.
  • Experience in completing and analyzing end-of-day reports and KPIs for business reviews.
  • Strong organizational skills to assist in logistical and ADHOC campaign requirements.
  • Proven ability to deliver timely feedback and address agent performance gaps effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining updated product/process knowledge by performing agent-level work.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve customer or vendor queries.
