Job Summary

Overall in charge of security and safety of residential areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures strict implementation of approved security management plans submitted by contracted security agencies for residential/HOA areas.
• Ensures proper and strict implementation of security policies and programs.
• Consolidates daily reports and journals from deployed contracted security agencies.
• Ensures immediate transmission of incidents reports to Operation Manager.
• Evaluates current security measures and procedures of residential areas and provide recommendations and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• With at least 7 years of relevant experience; preferably with 2 years of experience in a similar capacity honed in an estate/township development.
• Has driver license, CSP/CSMS or Equivalent.
• Has good people management skills.
• Proficient in using Desktop Computer, Company phone, Motorcycle, and others.
