Description
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents following established protocols.
- Control access to premises and screen visitors.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities and incidents.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor premises, enforce rules, assist visitors, and report incidents.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, service-oriented, team player, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Varying shifts, outdoor and indoor environments, may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, observant, proactive, and able to handle stressful situations.
