- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and managing email and other correspondence.
- Organizing and maintaining files, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Managing office supplies, ordering equipment, and handling administrative tasks.
- Assisting with various tasks for other employees, including preparing documents and supporting project work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant programs.
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Must have at least 1 year relevant administrative and clerical experience to support the department
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
- Strongly demonstrates the ability to multi task and excellent communication skill
