Job Description
- Managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating office activities.
- Manage office communications and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives.
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies.
- Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration is preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to multitask effectively.
