Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronically and physically.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Experience Level: 3–5 years in a secretarial or administrative role
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
