Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures following blueprints, drawings, or site plans.
• Secure scaffolding to buildings or structures for stability and safety.
• Inspect and maintain scaffolding to ensure it meets safety standards.
• Load, unload, and organize scaffolding materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper placement of platforms, guardrails, and safety nets.
• Follow safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate with other construction workers to ensure efficient workflow on-site.
