Position: Office-Based Sales Staff

Location: ITC Comp Rd., Valenzuela City

Experience: At least 1 year

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of working experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Computer literate (MS Office).

• Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and proactive.

• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers.

• Promote and explain products/services to clients clearly and persuasively.

• Prepare quotations, process orders, and assist in documentation.

• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounting, customer service) to ensure smooth transactions.

• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships.
