Description
- Generate new sales leads through networking and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Support, Social Media, and Customer Relationship Management; strong teamwork abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, a positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a strong desire to learn.
