We are looking for an experienced outbound sales professional with strong knowledge of beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness products. You will guide customers through product selections, explain benefits clearly, and drive conversions in an e-commerce sales environment.

Because this role involves demonstrating and discussing beauty and wellness products primarily marketed to women, we are seeking candidates who have strong familiarity and comfort with these products and routines. This helps ensure accurate product representation, customer comfort, and alignment with our core audience.

Compensation

• $700–$800/month (based on experience)
• 5% commission on monthly net sales
• Access to Nooro Sales Accelerator Program (top reps earn $4,000–$5,000/month)

• Experience in outbound or full-cycle sales
• Background with beauty, skincare, cosmetic, or wellness products
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and product recommendation skills
• Proven high close rate & consistent quota achievement
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Familiar with CRM tools and dialers
