ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting outbound calls for customer retention and new business development;
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan
• Manage on a day to basis, customer engagement, interaction, and growth (training, pipeline management, lead tracking, and marketing)
• Actively hunting new business opportunities by willingly cold calling prospect customers in the defined region
• Following-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and expanding sales opportunities
• Recommending/up-selling products to meet customer needs
• Accurately resolve customer questions with a high level of professionalism
• Communicate effectively to customers regarding account information, products, pricing, promotions, etc.
• Use leadership to build customer relationships and assist customers in developing solutions
• Assisting customers with any issues that may arise with their account including tracking, customs, or packaging discrepancies
• Accurately maintaining call center database
• Tracking orders to ensure quick delivery and resolving delivery disputes
• Meeting key performance indicators
• Other duties may be assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a call center sales or account management role is required
• Previous experience with an online Pharmacy is an asset
