Job Description

  1. Identify and reach out to potential clients including startups, entrepreneurs, SMEs, and corporate teams seeking flexible office solutions.
  2. Present and promote our office space offerings — private offices, coworking, meeting rooms, and virtual office packages.
  3. Understand client needs and recommend suitable workspace solutions.
  4. Follow up with leads, schedule site visits, and close deals.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  6. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  7. Report weekly sales activity and client feedback to management.
