1. Learn and Understand the event background and event product, especially the type of attendees and the benefits for sponsors
2. Do comprehensive market research to ensure you understand who are the potential sponsors and extract their company’s solutions description related to the event theme and the contact details from internet
3. Do cold calls to reach to the decision makers and propose the sponsorship package
4. Do Follow-ups, Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors
5. Negotiate and close the deals, Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached and chase payment
6. Assist in preparing promotional material to advertise sponsor and exhibitor opportunities
7. Maintain knowledge of conference timelines and sponsorship deadlines

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related role.

Preferably with sponsorship sales experience

• Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, cold calling, and lead generation skills; excellent communication abilities; proficient in sales support activities.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Identify and engage potential clients, manage sales cycles, provide post-sale support, and meet sales targets.
• Working Conditions: work from home, may require occasional travel for onsite events only.
• Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, persuasive, and resilient with a positive attitude.
