In this role you will be the first point of contact past members have with our brand. Your role is to uphold Motor Culture’s high standard of member satisfaction, transparency and communication.

Your role will entail contacting past members to update them on our improved membership benefits and to renew their membership with us. Your role might also require attending events on weekends. In this role you need to be very comfortable with making outbound calls and cold calling. Strong communication skills are essential both in verbal and written mediums so that you are able to positively maintain the Brand image in every touch point you have with our members. Hard work and consistency is rewarded with all of the associated company benefits but also uncapped commission which will be in line with the effort and input you have into the role

Key Responsibilities — Customer Satisfaction

• Maintain our brand values and standards of communication both through written and verbal communication at all times
• Subscription Recovery Initiative - Cold Calling
• Retain subscriptions on hold
• Recover cancelled subscriptions
• In line with KPI’s and Sales Targets

Success Criteria:

• Achieve Monthly KPI’s as per the outlined responsibilities and targets.
• Formal reviews will occur during your probation period and on an annual review basis.
• The role will have consistent informal reviews to ensure that you are set up for success in your role and achieving your KPI’s.
• Respond to all enquiries within 24hrs
• 40% Recovery Rate for On Hold Subscriptions.
• 20% renewal rate on VIP Club Cancelled Subscriptions

Key Responsibilities — Marketing Assistant

• Collaborate with the internal team to develop engaging content tailored for multiple platforms, such as photos, videos, graphics, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Support campaign execution by publishing content across paid digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
• Communicate advertising outcomes and observations to the Executive Team, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on ad performance, offering actionable insights and proactive recommendations for growth.
• Assist in the creation and enhancement of digital media assets.
• Contribute to website updates, basic design work, and improvements to the user experience (UX).
