Schedule: Mon-Fri (8AM)

Compensation: 20k 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least one (1) year of related work experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES WITH EXPERIENCE IN INSURANCE AS PART TIME/FREELANCE
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.

Job Description

• The Sales Associate is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s insurance products and services to new and existing clients. 
• This role requires proactive prospecting, building client relationships, and achieving individual and team sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business opportunities through client acquisition, referrals, and networking.
• Present and explain insurance products tailored to client needs and preferences.
• Assist clients in completing application forms and other required documentation.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the supervisor.
