Role Overview:

The Sales Representative will drive relationship-led growth within the Philippine market. Based onsite in Makati, this role focuses on managing high-value client relationships, expanding strategic partnerships, and supporting commercial initiatives within a premium, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), senior banking professionals, and strategic partners
• Drive business development, market expansion, and revenue-generating initiatives
• Deliver high-touch client servicing aligned with private banking and luxury standards
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and hosted engagements
• Lead presentations, advisory discussions, and commercial proposals
• Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a high-performing sales culture
• Collaborate with local and global teams to execute strategic initiatives
• Ensure strict adherence to ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards

Job Specifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, investment advisory, or luxury sales
• Proven success managing HNWIs and senior financial relationships
• Strong network within Philippine financial services, private banking, or luxury ecosystems
• Demonstrated track record in business development, strategic growth, or commercial leadership
• Experience working autonomously with responsibility for revenue or partnerships
