Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partner organizations.
• Conduct client assessments and assist in completing loan applications and requirements.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch or area.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines in all transactions.
• Represent the company professionally in community events, orientations, and client visits.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in loan sales, microfinance, or financial services.
• Background in offering or processing OFW-related loans is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel within assigned areas.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
