Job Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the same field
• With basic understanding of paint mixing.
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored for the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Will be able to work with minor supervision
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City. 

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and manage existing customer
• Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their need
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reaching out to customers leads through cold calling
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
