Core Responsibilities：

1. Develop and execute market expansion strategies for designated niche-language regions (e.g., Spanish-speaking regions / Arabic-speaking regions / Turkish-speaking regions / Portuguese-speaking regions (excluding Brazil) / Francophone Africa / Vietnamese-speaking regions, etc.).

2. Proactively identify and engage high-quality local partners— including but not limited to KOLs, communities, project teams, and industry organizations— to establish long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.

3. Independently manage the full process from lead generation to business negotiations and related collaborations.

4. Oversee and maintain local core user communities, gather feedback, and enhance user satisfaction and brand loyalty.

5. Analyze market data, assess partnership outcomes, continuously optimize expansion strategies, and take responsibility for market share and user growth targets.

Qualifications：

1. Language Skills: Must be proficient in the specified niche language(s) (e.g., Spanish, Arabic, Turkish, etc.) and English, using both as working languages for fluent business communication, negotiations, and copywriting.

Industry Experience：

2. 1–3 years of overseas business development, market expansion, or channel operations experience in cross-border e-commerce, offshore internet applications, or related fields.

3. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, business negotiation techniques, and execution capabilities.

4. Strong goal orientation, a data-driven mindset, and a keen focus on results.

5. Self-driven, adaptable to a fast-paced industry environment and remote collaboration, with the ability to solve problems independently.

6. Candidates with local market networks or community management experience are preferred.
