Position Overview 

  • The Sales Representative role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who excels at building relationships, driving sales, and identifying business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing customers through various channels, including phone, email, and text message.
  • Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle inbound inquiries and proactively make outbound calls to generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conflict and Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and objections with professionalism, offering solutions that align with their needs and company policies.
  • Product Knowledge & Presentation: Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Information Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system while tracking sales performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales goals.
  • Experience using CRM software (Granot, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Resilience and adaptability.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset. 
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including consultative selling and upselling.
  • Understanding of market trends and competitor analysis to tailor sales approaches effectively.
  • Experience handling objections and closing deals in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts while maintaining high service standards.
