Description

The Sales Metrics and Analytics member plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Team by providing key insights, data analysis, and reporting to drive business growth. The team is responsible for gathering, consolidating, analyzing, and interpreting sales performance metrics, market trends, and other relevant data. Each level of the role varies in terms of complexity, leadership, and strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, consolidate, and prepare various reports relevant to the Sales Team, including but not limited to:
    • Buyers’ Profile Report
    • Budget and Expenses Reports
  • Support data collection efforts for sales, market, and industry trends.
  • Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights.
  • Consolidate reports and presentations for Man Com.
  • Provide additional support to the immediate supervisor in evaluating data, strategies, and special sales reports.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales reporting and data analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
