Responsibilities

1. Responsible for sales of the company’s enterprise-level wireless products, IoT (Internet of Things) products, switches, and other related products, and achieve sales targets.
2. Take charge of channel development and management, and establish a channel system in target markets.
3. Develop benchmark customers in target markets.
4. Responsible for local brand promotion of corresponding products.

Qualifications

1. More than 3 years of sales experience; candidates with customer sales experience under the B2B sales model or channel development experience in the same industry are preferred.
2. Proactive, dynamic, and results-driven with a strong motivation for achievement. A "hunter" mentality with a focus on acquiring new business.
3. High integrity, target-focused, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain relationships.

工作职责：

1、负责公司企业级无线、物联网、交换机等产品的销售工作，完成销售目标；

2、负责渠道建设和管理工作，在目标市场搭建渠道体系；

3、在目标市场建立标杆客户；

4、负责相应产品在当地的品牌推广。

任职要求：

1、3年以上销售经验，具有B2B销售模式下的客户销售经验者或者同行业渠道建设经验者优先；

2、积极主动、充满活力且以结果为导向，有强烈的成就动机。具有猎人般的思维模式，专注于获取新业务；

3、高度正直、目标导向，能够在最低限度的监督下工作；

4、强大的人际交往和沟通能力，能够有效建立和维护关系
