JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 5 years of working experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and monthly customer monitoring, as well as processing orders and similar tasks.
• At least 2 years in a team leader or supervisory role
• Willing to work on site
• Willing to attend face to face interview once requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, supervise, and grow the Sales Administration team
• Monitor performance, and report to the Head of Finance and Back office
• Oversee workload distribution and ensure tasks are accomplished efficiently
• Assist with hiring, integrating, and training new team members.
• Act as the principal escalation point for difficult customer, invoicing, or order-related issues.
• Oversee the preparation of quotations and proposals.
• Ensure the proper and timely production and submission of invoices
• Control the invoicing process, assuring precision, punctuality, and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee the collection and follow-up of receivables, especially older accounts, and collaborate closely with finance on credit management.
• Examine the customer's documentation.
• Ensure all customer-facing paperwork is accurate and properly coordinated with Accounting.
• Keep an eye on and evaluate each client's SOA
• Lead the settlement of invoicing problems, account evaluations, and internal coordination.
• Supervise the end-to-end order processing flow
• Liaise with the Logistics department
• Recommend and execute process improvements
