Description

  1. Market Development and Sales: Responsible for the sales and promotion of engineering machinery sealing products in the Russian market, actively expanding new customer bases, maintaining and deepening existing customer relationships, and increasing market share.
  2. Channel Expansion and Cooperation: Identify and establish local distributors, agents, and other channel partners to promote the market penetration of the company's products.
  3. Team Management: Manage and collaborate with the sales team, set sales targets and plans, track team performance, and ensure the achievement of sales goals.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain close contact with key customers, understand customer needs, provide professional technical support and after-sales service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Market Feedback: Provide timely feedback on market information and customer needs, assist in product development and improvements, and ensure the competitiveness of the company's products in the local market.
  6. Reporting and Summarization: Regularly report to superiors on market dynamics, sales progress, and team performance, providing market analysis reports and business recommendations.

Requirements

  1. Experience Requirements: At least 3 years of sales experience in the construction machinery or related industry, with preference given to candidates with local market experience.
  2. Language Requirements: Proficient in Russian, with fluency in English preferred.
  3. Industry Background: A certain level of understanding of the construction machinery industry and sealing technology, with strong market sensitivity and product knowledge.
  4. Communication Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with clients and team members at different levels.
  5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a cross-cultural work environment, possessing a certain level of market insight and strategic vision.
