Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.      
  • Manage and lead the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts for management review.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or sales management
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong sales strategy and management skills, excellent organization skills, effective leadership abilities
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to meet sales targets and optimize sales processes
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, results-driven mindset
